Shipping and Returns

Every item is custom made and worth the wait! Orders on average take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door. Some items arrive sooner while others can take up to 4 weeks. This includes processing, production and shipping time within the US. Each product listing includes shipping details for more specific timeframes.

For orders that require custom artwork, your design will be sent for approval within 2-3 days of placing your order. Your order will be placed upon your approval and arrive 1-4 weeks from that date.

Your items may arrive separately. Each product is shipped as soon as it is ready. If the products are ready at the same time, they will be shipped together in the same package.

Due to the nature of our custom products, Printed Pawz cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after the approved order has been placed.

Customers may request a refund prior to approving the artwork and placing the final order.

If a product arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately and we will make it rightby replacing the item, issuing a refund, or store credit. 

It's simple: we want you to love your purchase. That means we stand by our product. If you have a problem, we want to solve it. If your custom order does not meet your expectations, just reach out to us at hello@printedpawz.com.

We do not offer Express Shipping at this time. If you have an urgent need for your, please email us (include your order number and the date by which you need it) at hello@printedpawz.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When you place an order, you should receive an email confirmation. Orders then take several days for production. Shipping information is usually posted 7-10 business days from your initial order.

You may also want to check the spelling of the email address that you submitted when placing your order. We use the email you provided to communicate with you directly. Check your spam folder, as well, in case our communications are not reaching your inbox.

We can help you decide! Read through our Photo Tips to learn more. In a nutshell: images that are high resolution, clearly focused on your pet's face, and have good lighting are usually the best.

Absolutely! We work with all kinds of pets and can turn your photo into a one-of-a-kind creation. We also accept photos of pets posing with their owners.

Generally, yes. Most cell phones take high resolution images automatically. Avoid using screenshots of a photo or filtered Instagram photo - these lower the quality of the image.

The better overall quality your photo is, the better your final photo design will be. Read our Photo Tips for more information.  

If our artists are concerned about the quality of the photo you submitted, we will work with you to find a better choice.

Computer and phone screens can vary in terms of how they display colors and images. Slight color variation is normal.

When our artists style your pet photos, the colors may also change slightly to enhance the overall look.

If you have any concerns, share them with your artist during the proof process. Finalized artwork cannot be changed.

All changes must be made to an order within 1 hour from when the order was placed. This is because your pet photos are sent to our artists directly after you place your order.
